American Style Smash Burgers

Our amazing American style smash bacon cheeseburgers using only ingredients from local suppliers are placed into a freshly grilled soft brioche bun with a slice of melted american cheese to top it all off!
 
We use a Grass Fed Beef Mince from the Gower in Swanse for the patties - they are simply amazing burgers!
 
They are an amazing snack or food item that are the perfect solution to something for everyone to eat on the evening of your special day.  The buns are served fresh from a white wedding gazebo by our catering suppliers and is accompanied by a help yourself cold salad bar.
